ELEGANCE WITHOUT FORMALITY
Sichuan Alley began with a quiet vision: to create the kind of place we would always want to return to. A place where familiar dishes carry the memories of where we come from, while making room for new stories to begin.
Our journey began in Chengdu. Today, that journey continues across the kitchens of Southwest China — through Sichuan's layered seasonings, Yunnan's mushrooms and herbs, and Guizhou's remarkable traditions of fermentation and sourness.
Recipes travel. Families evolve. Kitchens grow with every season. Our food is rooted in tradition, yet never limited by it.

Tables, chairs, tiles, glassware and light are composed as one scene - considered, harmonious and welcoming rather than formal.
The wider journey from Chengdu into international cities has unfolded over a decade. The team behind Sichuan Alley began its Singapore chapter in 2016. Sichuan Alley opened in 2019 and later continued to the United States.
What changes is the city around us. What remains is the food: authentic flavours from Southwest China, cooked with the memory, instinct and care carried from home.
The room is not a backdrop to the meal. It is part of how Sichuan Alley is experienced.

From Chengdu, our story follows the flavours, landscapes and living traditions of Southwest China.
Open dining, semi-open areas and private rooms keep the 120-seat restaurant spacious and connected, while giving different occasions their own degree of privacy.
Sunlight moves through greenery and across the artworks, changing the room throughout the day and giving each visit a different atmosphere.
Whatever brings everyone together, we’ll help make room for it. From intimate celebrations and company dinners to larger private events, Sichuan Alley Far East Square offers open dining areas, semi-open spaces and private rooms for different occasions.
